Holistic Harmony offers events, retreats, private and group coaching, and related healing services. These may include somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, trauma coaching, and guided sound experiences.

Some offerings may require account creation or client intake. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login or booking details and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Pricing
We offer one-time event tickets, retreat packages, and private or group coaching services that may be paid in full or through approved installment plans.

Payments: Payment is due at booking unless otherwise specifiedCancellations: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows and late cancellations may not be refundedChanges: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing or offerings. Notice will be given for changes to recurring services or packages

4. Refund Policy

All refund policies are service-specific and outlined at the point of purchase. Most events, retreats, and coaching sessions are non-refundable, but we will always honor our values of integrity and compassion. 5. Community Guidelines

We cultivate a sacred, inclusive, and respectful space for all participants. By joining any event, retreat, private or group coaching session, or container, you agree:
To show up with kindness, presence, and curiosity.

To honor confidentiality and not share others’ personal experiences without permission.

Not to engage in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All written materials, recorded meditations, videos, course content, and session frameworks are the property of Holistic Harmony and/or our facilitators. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without written consent.

7. Your Content

If you share testimonials, reflections, photos, or feedback, you grant us permission to share this content on our platforms for educational or promotional purposes (with attribution or anonymity per your request).

You agree that any content you submit: Is your original work and does not infringe on others’ rights and may be used across digital, print, and audio formats unless otherwise agreed upon

8. Retreat and Event Participation

By registering for a Holistic Harmony event or retreat, you acknowledge: You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care, You have disclosed any medical or psychological conditions that may impact your participation. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the group.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate your access to events, retreats, private or group coaching, or other services if these terms are violated or if your behavior compromises the safety of our space. You may also discontinue services at any time, subject to the refund and cancellation policies above.
